Horsforth Fitness Classes is a safe, ladies only studio space in the heart of Horsforth (Tithe House on Town Street, above Greggs). We offer a timetable of over 120 ladies classes every month, with lots of options to choose from. We also offer one Mens only Yoga class.

We welcome ladies of all ages and abilities, with members attending from 18-85+yrs old. We like to focus on helping you feel strong and capable rather than just your physical appearance - although we know that works too!

Next door is the first ladies only gym in Horsforth, est. 2012. We offer memberships for unlimited gym & class access for only £37.50pm. PAYG option on all classes from £5
